Have a fairly new 2011 rmz250. The clutch lever pull has been very tough since the day I got the bike, everything is adjusted and lubed properly, the pull is very smooth but very tight (even when adjusted with as much play as possible). After reading all of the magazine and online reviews, this was one of the most common complaints of test riders. Will a aftermarket perch and lever make the pull easier (if so, do you have any that you recommend?) or do I need to mess with the actuating arm on the case? Any help is appreciated, Thanks

they do have a little bit of stiff pull. but the works connection one seems to be the best. my friend has it for his rmz 450 and it feels great. you have to be sure to get the one for a suzuki tho because the lever ratio is different than other brands. but i have a 2012 and 2010 rmz 250 and i use the bike aid dry slide lube to lube the cables and i grease the stock perches usually every 5 hrs whcih is when i do oil changes and tear down everything. i dont have any issues. but that WC perch is on my list of things to get. for both bikes. oh and that actuation arm really can only go 1 way so dont mess with that
