How do you set up your periodization blocks during the off-season for motocross riders for cardiovascular and weight training. Do you screen your clients for muscle imbalances before prescribing a training routine? TIA.

I have both in-season and off-season workouts, Periodization is tough through an E-book because no two riders are the same, This book is designed to teach the foundations of weight training and cardio and WHY you should do certain things. I screen for muscle imbalances with clients in real life, but again every person is different and that can't be accounted for in an E-book.
