It was almost ten years since I sold my last one because of injuries, kids etc. The previous owner claimed it's been used 60-70h. It's equipped with Öhlins suspension rear and front, Boysen, Ported cylinder, VHM, Ignition, Hahn rims and hubs and perfectly balanced and jetted engine. It's by far the crispest 250 I've ridden and maybe a bit to fast for my level om riding actually.
On the other hand I've always wanted a really modified 250 twostroke, now it's finally mine.

The picture is taken with iphone, so bad quality perhaps.

Now you just need a new 250F swing arm, front plate and fender.

250Fs are excellent parts bikes for real bikes.

thanks a lot guys. The ad left me speculating if it was for real or not. I had to leave the alu-gastank and some Rinaldiparts behind because my budget didn't allow it ( maybe because of the barn that contains my wifes and daughters horses...)

The thing is that the photo in the ad made the bike look like a pice of junk, but I took a chance and drove for almost 4hrs to get there, and when I saw the bike IRL it was in mint condition. I feel lucky and I will treat her like a queen...Besides the graphic improvement suggested by the taliban there's not much left to improve actually. It came with a new piston and restored engine and tons of spareparts so I should be good for several years= )

A video of her in action would be much appreciated.

I'll see what I can do...I would be a selfish man if I wasn't to share the beautiful sound it makes with the Bills Pipe and PC silencer. I also run Maxima twostroke oil so the smell is matching the sound!

curious about the swingarm as well. didnt know you could, or would want to do that. Id have to imagine swingarms are designed for the frame they go with

The 250F one is lighter. Check it out, I am pretty sure you just need the swing arm and linkage. He doesnt "need" those things. But you have to figure, on a bike already that nice, why not?

Thanks didn't realize the 250f swing arm had an advantage.

The sound is supergreat!! Regarding the Rinaldiparts she would have craved for some really expensive high octane racefuel to go with the high compression. She wants the best you can buy at the gas station and booster to rise the octande at this tage too, but it's still less expensive then full racefuel. Gas is expensive at it is in Sweden...

The bike is a 2005, got it for about 3-3500dollars if you translate SEK to Dollars. It came with loads of spareparts like brand new cylinder, top, piston (all std), five different pipes and silencers, bars, plastic, etc etc etc. To be honest I'm yet to discover all the parts that came with it = ) It was a rather high pricetag for such an "old" bike but I'm glad I got my hands upon her and it's certainly not your average used bike. I feels as crisp and new in every way as the new bikes I bought when I was younger/more active. I will try to get a video of the bike so you can hear the sound.
