High Point and Steel City Video Rules - Press day?

Well basically,
I want to go film at high point and steel city during the Pro National races. But I don't know the video rules? Also is on Press day, what time does it start and end, and can just anyone go around the track and film or..??.

You likely won't get video creds on race day.

Press day is open to anyone. I'm not sure on the times but they are on Thursday.

Yeah I just planned on filming outside the fences on race day. But I'm under 18, would I need a parent/guardian on press day to sign for me, or something?

I contacted them and they said you gotta be 18+ and have a media pass. Well. looks like behind the fences for me!
