I made this yesterday. REALLY tasty. It's kind of a sweet/sour type sauce, not your typical BBQ sauce like most Pork BBQ's. This is a recipe acquired from a local restaurant that a lot of people wish they had. My sister worked there last summer, so I lucked out.
The recipe says to add this all into a crockpot and cook together, but I separated the "BBQ relish" so you could use more or less depending on your preference.
6lbs pork roast boneless
5 c. shredded cabbage (coleslaw in a bag)
1 c. sweet pickle relish
1/2 c. catsup
1/2 c. mustard
1/2 c white vinegar
1tsp chili powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
I cooked the roast in a crock pot with an onion, a little garlic and some worcester sauce and about a 1/2 cup water. High for an hour, low for 6 hours
Combine the rest of the ingredients(except cabbage) in a pot and bring to a boil. Add cabbage and simmer for 20 minutes.

We usually just graze meat off the grill, and end up taking all the salads and vegetable dishes that the women work on all day home in tupperware, and eat that the next week.
