Was great having him home ocscottie! Meg just had a little look over there as well, Meg is my pretend Daughter. Here is all she sent me.
Meg got a 3rd in her first school boys race, was coming 2nd in the second race but unfortunately her rear wheel collapsed. After winning the first female race she was lucky enough to be lent a wheel and won her second women's race!!! Racing again tomorrow.

Sorry bro! Not real good at this Scottie obviously watched it. Anyway just go to the Aussie site, www.motoonline.com.au home page, then go to the latest inside line article with Matt. Hopefully someone can fix that link for me?

Competitive Edge MX hosted the penultimate round of the TWMX Muscle Milk Race Series with a two day finale to bring a close to the Winter Cup races.
Anyone get out to the above event and see how daughter Meg rode?

Nice looking set up you have there. Dirt looks sweet. Your boy can haul,I'm a fan.

I remember watching Meg's video a week or two ago,she's fast as well. Like to see more for sure

Thanks Greg 903, Glad you like my setup. Was really hopeing somone on this forum had been to the 2 day meeting at Comp edge and seen Meg ride. Havnt heard much back from her except 3rd in schoolboys,big wins in the female races and Monster Energy have come on board for her.

No power,so all them panels were needed.Only owned the farm 2 years,the boys were brought up at the beach not a farm. We now have 4 tracks,SX,Sandy rut track,Sandy whoop track and the MX track in the video. As for the future,Matt will ride JDR outdoor next. Jake has started his own Honda 450 team over here and Meg and Jake will hopefully be back racing AMA in 2013. My wishes are just for all 3 to get a season under the boots without an injury so i can see what they really have now days. Jake has now done 4 years in a row injured.

Thanks TJ755, i see Meg was 10 secs a lap quicker than the 2nd female and consistant 3rd in schoolboys. Not sure if anyone quick would ride these meetings but 36 male riders in schoolboys has to be a fair indication. cheers.

Didn't even look like she tried in the Womens moto's. Her lap times were much quicker in the Schoolboys

Haven't got a chance to watch the video, but I will after the in-laws leave tomorrow. Matt has been looking great this year, was really pumped for his podium finish. JDR/JSTAR/KTM hooked me up with a pretty cool meet and greet at Indy last year, so they are by far my favorite team, a bunch of cool dudes. Awesome to see them get a podium. I was hoping to see Matt on a 350 or 450 though. Good luck to your boys for the rest of the year!!!

The Race Tech crew have been helping show Meg her way around here in the US. Here is a report from fellow WMX rider and member of our sales staff from the weekend, "Meg is my new hero!!!! She made a statement racing this weekend, people were in aaawwww over her. She raced two classes, school boys and the women’s. School boys was her first race. She pulled a filthy hole shot. Filthy is an Aussie way of saying sickest!! She ended up 3rd her 1st moto in the school boy class. Women’s she ran away and lapped us. Her second moto of the school boys she ended up dnf do to the rear wheel seal, bearing failed. We thought her day was done, so I went on the hunt to see if we could find a rear wheel assy to borrow. Donn the editor of transworld was nice enuff to let us use his spare KX250f rear wheel to finish out her day sat. He also let her us it for Sun. I was not able to make it sun but I heard she did awesome again."

Definitely sounds like she's riding well and having a good time over here.

Thanks for your report Riesenberg and thank Race Tech crew also,funny Torpo[guess] from race tech was the first guy to help me with the boys 10 years ago at the world mini,really starting to like race tech USA. Last i seen him he was working for monster when Jake rode the 450 outdoor for them.Toropo[guess] and race tech must know there stuff. Anyway Matt Moss is back over there and Meg rode with him yesterday and is now on her way back to Australia. Think she learnt a little what its like there and we can start work with Kawasaki to get her on the line for the Womens AMA in 2013, if funds allow we will even try for a round later this year or an FIM world womens round,thanks again.
