They take payments perfectly fine, but cant seem to ship product. As much as I wanna support the team, because I really like what they got going on, its pathetic to see a business ran like this. Anyone else have issues with buying product off their website?

Have you called/emailed customer support about the issue? Maybe there was a mistake with the order. Maybe the item is on backorder. I'm sure they wouldn't have this much success with a shipping department that is below average.

How long ago was it ordered? Did she recieve an order confirmation number? Did she print her receipt? Paypal or credit card and did it actually get charged? Did it get lost in shipping? Do you have a tracking number?
