Is it going to the current Points Leader or "Leaders"or...last winner = current "Leader"? (See AMA Series Points for "Who's one 1st" example)

current points leader gets red and the last years champion gets red and the number one........i think but i could be wrong.

that would require combining the two series as equals.

hell, they can't even name the classes the same (450 and 250 is the correct way)

There's a tie atop the standings. Points leader is supposed to have the red plate.
