Hey, whats up guys... we headed out to comp edge this morning to burn a few laps around the good ole hillside track..needless to say it was alot of fun.. We ran into Travis Preston out there who was completely railing the hillside track. it was nice to see a old pro out there.

Jasons awesome. So u guys interviewed him or hes on the show every week? Giving u the moto news? I see hes been on a couple of shows.

Why the hillside track...was the main closed? is there any improvment to the main track...I hear the county has taken over and they plan on doing some renovations?

The main track was closed.

as for the county stuff we have no idea.

I live about 10 minutes away so I took a trip out yesterday to spin some laps.
Here is what is going on. The City of hesperia owns the land and always has. They do not have anything to do w running it.
There are new investors now but Mrs Ohelof is still running the place it looks like. Someone posted that the county had taken over and was running it and making improvements...not true.
The track was a little better than when I was there last but still needs a lot of work and a skilled dozer opperator.
