I agree. A Real Estate mogul once tore me up about the right method to run a marble restoration biz, something that I've owned successfully for many year. I smiled and paid close attention to each word. Why? Because he was right? NO, because I enjoy steak, lobster and putting my kids in good collages. I'd never change a thing I'd do, but pissing on your bread and butter is dumb.
Same rules apply. Hear the critic, win the race and roll your eyes when nobody is looking. Your customer will always have an opinion, and they should, they pay for it.
