Did anyone see quite a few years ago Frankie was on an MTV show that followed him around in his real early days as a fighter, and now he is the champ, i forgot all about that show until today, he is a full on family man and a good dude, very very impressed.

Big win for Lauzon!
Garcia, dude WTF? Tons of heart but jeez..,
Sonnen, very impressive!! Could create a problem for Silva, again.
Kenny did better than expected.
Frankie has the best recovery in the sport, big props.

I can't really say that the UFC needs a guy like Chael but he certainly is a fantastic asset. His charisma and story makes for a fantastic story for us to follow.
Chael is one of the best at selling a fight. Besides his steroid/substance positive testing Dana loves the guy. Chael is one of them guys that could probably run the company in Dana's shoes.

Have any of you guys heard to Dennis Hallman? My old man was having his septic pumped out yesterday and I was hanging around this older guy that was doing it. We got to talking about moto which led to UFC somehow. Then this guy asks me if I've heard of Dennis hallman? I was like yea of course. Dude was like Yea thats my son! haha This dude looked exactly like his son it was almost weird.

Yeah Dennis is a good fighter. He recently lost to Brian Ebersol while wearing a stripper thong that Dana White did not appreciate him wearing that in the cage. It was the gayest looking thing ever in the cage, and that's saying a lot.
haha yea his dad said that someone offered him $3,000 dollars for those things haha. Then they got banned from the ufc. He said he beat Matt Hughes twice and I couldn't believe it. So I went online and sure as shit this dude was telling the truth.
