I don't know, but I am dam sure getting tired of hearing about Jackson being some type of victim.

The definition requires "malice aforethought". Comes down to whether you believe that a doctor doesn't know he's giving repeated lethal doses of an anesthetic to a patient and whether that means he knows he is intending to do harm when he gives the drug.

It's tough to look at anything bright in this reality show. The lawyers are now chopping up lines of money, the tax payers are footing the bill for their performance. The media is up close and personal and the Gong show has begun.

If Murray would have said "sorry Michael, I can not knock you out with anesthesia every night so you can sleep" there would have been a long line of star struck Dr.'s perfectly willing to shoot him up with what ever Jacko demanded.

Murray is dumb for taking the paycheck and playing along and will be punished.
