Announced on dmxs just now.
Also Tickle said Durham is in talks with PC.

I know he is fast as hell, but I'm not sure if he is ready for the big class... give him a couple years and yeah, but I think a year of title defense would help his confidence a lot.
But that's just my opinion.
Kenny mentioned the other night they are looking for another semi (2 semis at the races),their going big.
Broc signed a 2 year contract with PC.
Since he has been in the Lites class for 3 years and also just won a championship,he has no choice but to move up
(he cant stay down and defend his title-I guess rules have changed?).
Rules are rules....and Mitch tried to talk to the AMA to try to get something done.
With that said Mitch is going to honor his contract and keep him for another year and with Factory Kawis help he will race a 450 under the PC-Kawi tent.
It should be interesting to see how he does....
I think he may surprise some people.
That is why I said 3 years...(also that is how Broc told it).
I just think that the AMA needs solid set of CLEAR rules as for making a rider move up from Lites and they need to stick with it.
Because even when Mitch signed him & he signed ,neither one of them knew anything about that rule.
Seems like every now and then they add to the rules or switch stuff around. lol
Makes it harder to understand for everyone.
Pit Row
2001 LL's 250 Open B Modified Championship
Won a 450 SX championship down under last year.
Tied with GL in points for the 2005 125 East championship but lost it by wins (I think Hanny won a couple races that year).
Then those 2 XGames wins.

3 years in the class + 1 championship means you have to move up...regardless of points.
That is how Broc made it sound.
Like I said in another post, even Mitch & Broc didn't know about the rule when they signed.
2. A rider that wins a Supercross Lites Championship will be
eligible to participate in the Supercross Lites class for a
maximum of three years total regardless of what year he/she
won the title. (i.e. if a rider wins the Championship in their
third year of Supercross Lites competition, they will be
ineligible for the Supercross Lites class regardless of points
and therefore not eligible to defend their Supercross Lites
Championship title)title)e)

Also that is all on how you look at it....if you are going by SX racing stats & experience.
I believe in the past 7 years Hanny has won more SX's in Ama lites & gotten more podiums then Broc has in 5 years (I could be wrong though). Also keep in mind ,Hanny has experience on a 450 and has been racing one for a while now ,on & off.I can remember back in 09 I think it was,him showing flashes of speed and passing reed back in that heat race.
I was like WTF? Then his X wins & then winning a title down under on a 450.
So I can see how someone would think he would be a good a choice.
However, these past few years ,Broc has really progressed and will continue to progress I assume into 450 championship material.
Like I said before,I think he will surprise some folks.
And dont forget...Mitch likes to win, win, win!

I just can's see him doing better than RV2, JS7, RD5, CR22, TC41, Kdub, IT9, Shorty, Weimer, or even Milsaps. There's 10 solid guys right there and that didn't even include Brayton, Grant, Metty, or Hill (whatever he's doing). Definitely tough.
