How's everyone doing? Anyone have instructions for changing oil and recharging the rear shock?

This is how i'm doing right now :-)
Slow..
I'm trying to source NOS parts and there some places like bikebandit in US that has parts but the freight cost is very high.
I have to try and find parts in EU. Any tips?
