Area 51 in Buffalo, NY. Sits directly on the NY state thruway with an exit 1 mile up the road. Close to 3 major airports (Syracuse, Rochester, Buffalo). Track is totally professional caliber and spectating is good. They would just need to cut some trees down on the backside for fan access, add some more grandstands, and open a field up for spectator parking. I know NY already has Dilla but I'm just saying this would be a good venue

i like sanos idea of tracks moving around to different venues. plenty of tracks out there that could be worthy. but like sondy said, they also need money.

Miles Mountain in Elkland PA track is on 1000 acres, great elevation changes, soil is incredible. they just found enough natural gas underground to supply the entire country for 75 years so there is no shortage of loot to add to the facility. place is awesome. best track by far in the North East.

The problem being moving around to different tracks isn't feasible for the tracks for instance freestone, Tony Miller has invested quite a bit of money to get his national he needs a few years to recoup those costs take it away after one year he wouldn't be able to do it in the first place. The promoters who have these races spend money all year getting ready for that one race (national) they need a few years to get return on their investment. No tracks gonna do that with one race.

Gravity is like a circus they bring everything to the venue. The nationals need to have most of the stuff there at the facility to begin with.

I have talked so many people out of opening a track it isn't funny. Not that I am anti new tracks, but I am pro "successful" new tracks. Most people don't have a clue what is really involved in running a track.Local or otherwise.

As for Miles Mountain I agree it could hold a national, but I doubt Phil would want the headaches. I will be announcing there this weekend and let him know he was at least considered.Cool He will get a kick out of it.
