6 Flags National 84 & 85

Wanted to see if any of you guys had photos from the Six Flags Over Georgia race back in 84 and 85. My family promoted the event at 6 Flags and we lost any and all photos of the event back in 2000 in a house fire. I would love to get some photos put together for my pops (he's 70 years young) and get them printed and framed.

Much appreciated....if they are good I can swap you a unused ticket from the event (I had a brick of them at my house).

I don't have any pictures from those events, but I did ride both of them. Actually got 21st in the 500 class in 84 on an 83 500 Husky. The next year I was on a new KX500 and missed the cut by one spot. My kids ran amok at Six Flags all day. Bob Hannah and Keith Bowen got together for a memorable moment. We had a great time at both events.

Cool Mike it was hot as you know what.....i'll continue the quest for the photos....strangest thing there just arent many photos from the day.

I have bad memorries of that race in 85 unfortunately...went over the bars in the 125 class at the 20 min mark while in the top 5 and broke my collarbone...they have nice hospitals though lol...it was hot and humid is the most I remember!

I was there in 85.

Kevin, you know Gary has a bunch of video footage of those races. Especially 84 when David murdered Broc on the 500.
