Since when? Is Kenny not still running the X-trig clamps? I thought Ryan was to? When did this change?

I believe KTM has been running the NEKEN clamps for awhile. RD5 runs the NEKEN air clamps which I'm not sure if Kenny is running them.

Speaking of X-trig, did you see Chads trippy claps he is running?

Chad Reed had some very interesting X-Trig clamps on his bike. Between the split side and opposing top and bottom pinch bolts, it's a very different setup than we've seen elsewhere. Credit: GuyB

Nekens are very trick, but the only drawback is another thing to monitor with air pressure. Constantly checking pressure in your tires, forks, clamps, shock coming soon and next it'll be foot pegs.

XTrigs are where its at! Chads new clamps are badass!

Adjustability and Force-Dampening & Distribution are what's going on.

I just installed a set of the SFS air clamps on my 14.5 FE 450. I rode for the first time today, but the track was soft and didn't get rough enough to judge them. I mainly bought them to try and help with the square edge bumps and hopefully help the feel of the front end in the chop. The 4CS forks have been a bit of a challenge so far. They work great in the rough, but are a bit harsh until they reach the middle of the stroke.
There a bit pricey, but they have gotten great reviews from the test riders and those who use them. I had the x-trig PHDS mounts, before getting the SFS clamp, but I'm not sold on them. Maybe I was hoping to feel something different, but they weren't as noticeable as I thought they were going to be. Hopefully the SFS clamp will be a better option for what I'm trying to accomplish.
