Holeshot Radio to broadcast from the Legends & Heroes Moto Museum at Monster Energy Supercross Round 17 Sam Boyd Stadium – Las Vegas, NV

April 30, 2014 – Manlius, NY:  The Legends and Heroes Tour, a mainstay of the Monster Energy Supercross series, launched its’ new program at the opening round this year with the industry’s first digital media mobile Moto Museum experience, which is part of the Monster Energy Supercross “Party in the Pits”. The display includes period champion machines and historical paraphernalia.  Inside is a state of the art digital showcase sporting the history of Supercross via a video wall for a full audio-visual theater experience. Today, we are pleased to announce that during the Monster Energy Supercross round #17 at Sam Boyd Stadium in Las Vegas, NV that 3-Time AMA Motocross National Champion, Doug Henry, and Holeshot Radio hosts, John Pica and Dave Olcott, will be broadcasting from the Legends & Heroes Moto Museum this Saturday, May 3, 2014.

Doug Henry made history in 1997 at the Las Vegas Supercross aboard this factory white & red Yamaha 400.  A special factory bike set up especially for Supercross, Henry piloted the bike to its first 4-stroke Supercross win against the dominate 2-stroke machines.  The win changed the era of dominance by the 2-strokes and led the way to today’s generation of 4-stroke dominance in the Supercross world.  Both Henry and his all famous bike will be at the Legends & Heroes display this weekend as well.
