Hi guys, I recently picked up a sxf 250 22 with very low hours, everything is normal when I ride it,
When it’s stored holding its own weight the front forks are sinking. Once a put bike on a stand it steadily returns in a few mins & isn’t loosing any air pressure.
bike is under 5 hours old, anyone have an experience with this please ?
Many Thanks !
There is a seal on the air side I think they call it a quad ring (blue seal on top of rod) or something like that it seperates the positive presure from the balance chamber side if it leaks it pulls the forks down.. Its about a $40 part if you do it yourself or any suspension shop should be able to do it
