2018 YZ270F Bought new in January of 2019. This was my race bike and occasionally also the practice bike if the practice bike was being rebuilt.
87 hours total on bike. Cylinder works 270 kit with coated piston, ported head, pro circuit cams, valve springs with del west valves. Stock header with Rocket exhaust silencer speced for the motor 12hrs. Gytr airboot and dt1 filter kit like the power flow from twin air. Ceramic plastic for the slimmer profile. Crank built by crank works with a pro rod in it 32 hrs. Best rod on the market. I worked there during the prototyping and first couple years they were out. Still have a prototype rod in one of my old bikes. Tranny tumbled, vortex ecu, suspension valves by mxtech for 190 +35B/C vet rider skf seals. Lowered 1 inch by them with matching springs also comes with 2 sets of standard length fork springs and shock springs. stock 250 and 450 spring rates. Pc linkage, stock triple clamps and 23.5 offset ride engineering clamps. 10MM lowered subframe. Works connection perch and lever. New bars, new grips, 1 pc ride engineering bar mount with new posts and new rubber cones 0 hrs, new chain, sprockets have less then 10 hours. New Pirelli mx xtra tires 0 hrs. guts seat cover with seat bump. Cycra slim plastics with a spare set and a open up air box cover in black and a closed cover in blue. Xtrig preload adjuster

Stock plastic air box cover, stock subframe 10 hours or less swapped as soon as my lowered one came in after buying the bike. Gytr lowered seat, new guts seat foam, 2 rear wheels one front wheel fully built. 1 rear has a new hooiser mx sand tire mounted. New oem front brake pads, rotor and streamline braided front brake line, new oem clutch basket and hinson clutch pack fibers, oem air box and ecu, 1 stock crank 65 hrs still in spec. Nothing wrong at time of swap. Extra cylinder works 270 cylinder with 12 hours and a get wifi ecu that i had on my practice bike this one needs to be remapped to your 250 or 450. These were on another riders bike I helped maintain. Grabbed them for the practice bike and a back up cylinder when he sold his bike. Stock linkage. 2 sets of stock cams. 1 set brand new 1 used with low hour set of valves and springs. P3 carbon skid plate. Bike runs just fine on pump fuel but I've always ran 2 gallons of race with 3 gallons premium. 4 or 5 filters and I'm sure I have a couple more parts to go along with it.
Alot of these parts are interchangeable with newer models. Vortex and get Ecus from my understanding will work up to the current model 250/450 with remapping. I'll double check with twisted in the morning.

Ha, I ride a 2017 270 big bore. So many issues with electric start, I chickend out built a kick start bike. I'm going to build a newer bike next year. This one has a grocery list very simular to yours. Fast core mod head, cams, FMF exhaust, Enzo, Vortex ignition. Its been super reliable, and a blast to ride. Someone will be lucky to get yours.
