Kx450 2019 won't start

So when i push the start button I got this fast clicking noise from u Der the right side if my seat. Now it won't do anything not eve. The orange light turns on

 And it littely was running fine 5min b4 this. Battery with out a load is still at 13.25 volts. Any idea the is thinking maybe realy or start button.

Put a jump box on that thing
