Double red plates should be exceptionally rare

When two riders are tied in points the rider who won more races gets the tiebreaker. This shouldnt only apply imo in the case of who wins the championship but also in the case of who has the red plate. If jett has the tie breaker then he should have it apply across the board. This wouldnt get rid of red plates entirely, but just make it exceptionally rare.. as it should be. If two riders are tied in points and wins then they would still be able to have double red plates. I think it should be something that is rare and only happens in this rare circumstance. The plate is there to show who is in the lead and technically the guy with more wins gets the tiebreaker and is leading the championship.
