  I have a 1/2 mile MX track here at my home in NC. Im 54 now. Ran 11 laps after work yesterday. When I took my helmet off, I was all of a sudden 110 years old!! Shocked Good news is , my LitPro at least told me all my laps were within 1-2 seconds of each other. At least I got that going for me. Smile

Probably try it again today and see if I can shave a few years off.

Went to gym and hit it pretty hard after work, then home to ride. 15 mins in i was toast lol. Almost endo'd on a small double and decided that probably should be the last lap for the day. Overall , felt pretty good though. Great weather!! Only 72 for the high.
