I have a 2019 CRF450 with 50hrs on the meter. Piston changed an hour ago (genuine kit fitted).
Racing on Sunday and on the last lap the bike bogged and died. I hit the starter button and it fired right up, and I finished the race. I got back to the van, and let the bike cool down (typical English sand track in the winter so was running deep). The bike fired up once again with no issue, but as soon as I touched the throttle it bogged, and cut out. The light on the kill switch is showing the red 1sec light on startup and that's in. I have also lost approx 100ml of oil over 40minutes of ride time. Bike didnt loose any coolant over the race.
Anyone have any ideas?
I have swapped out the fuel tank assembly with a running bike, and it hasn't helped. Visually checked the wiring and it all looks normal.
