Anybody make one for a KX 100?

Standard length is fine, having breaking issues.

Karl Landrus can pretty much build anything you want. I have one of the Novation Racing arms that he built. Top notch stuff.

That thing is sweet, custom $$$$ production aftermarket maybe $$.

Poor ass mini Dad budget $ LOL.

Hopefully my welder did the trick this time. If he wasn't so busy building rear engine dragsters, I'd have him try and fabricate something up. I still may have to though.

What does a jewel like Landrus makes cost? (ok I'm sitting now).

Sprocket side at rear where solid wheel adjustment piece inserts into tube. 1st swingarm has been welded 3 times. Then had friend give me a brand new one (his spare) when he switched to Suzuki's. This is the latest one to break.

If the solid adjustment piece inserted more than 1/2" into tube I think it would stand up better. It's always breaking pushing downward, because you can see the lower portion of tube on the bottow puckered out and the top just breaks clean.

There's not much room between sprocket nots and inside of arm about 1/4". He's plug welded it this time, even though the overlap is about 1/2" in the tubes.

That sounds like enough room to get some .125" thick aluminum sheet in there.
