I didn't realize McDonalds made hamburgers, At least not what I consider a hamburger.

we used to go canoeing/camping near Souix Lookout in Ontario. The first year we went I was jonseing badly for some beef after 10 days without any, and we spotted a little burger joint. I asked for one "All the way" and the little Indian girl just looked at me with that RCA dog head tilt. I wasn't sure if it was what I asked, or my accent that puzzeled her, but a burger there "all the way" had a few chopped onions, a couple pickle slices, and a wad of ketchup. The folks up there are really missing out.
