Hey man.
I heard a couple years back that out WEST you could find Ketchup-With-Salsa-In-It
on grocery stores shelves. This turned out to be a BIG &*^%$# LIE !!!!!
I've meandered, traipsed and sauntered through every grocery nook in
NOvada, ArizoNO and CaliforNOo with zero results.
Help a brotha out ?
Mix to taste.
Be careful.
Thanks, but no thanks Geezer.
I want to buy KETCHUP WITH SALSA in it. In a bottle.
Just like you can buy Peanut butter with jelly in it,
but without the PB & J.
Had to google.
I've never seen it in the store.

Cherith Valley’s Homestyle Ketchup is a refreshing surprise. It’s easy to mistake it for bottle of regular gourmet ketchup, but oh, what joie de zest from chunks of tomatoes, onions, and jalapeño peppers. It can substitute for regular ketchup anywhere: on eggs, hot dogs, burgers, in rib marinades, meatloaf and cocktail sauce—not to mention it made a perfect accompaniment to hot, salty fries.
Nope, he signed with Yamaha, too.
Blue bikes, dammit.
when did that happen
1 cup chicken stock
half a package of bacon
half an onion
Clean, remove outer layer, and half brussel sprouts. Salt and pepper to taste - Steam over chicken stock for about 10 mins.
While that is going on, cut up some bacon in reletively small chunks, fry in pan. Drain cooked bacon on paper towel.
Dice the half of an onion. Salt and pepper diced onion. Pour out half the bacon grease, and caramelize the onions in the rest of the bacon grease(same pan).
Spread diced caramelized onion around the pan. Place halved sprouts flat side down on top of onions and brown them. Toss in bacon. Add a slight amount of left over chicken stock and cover for 5 mins.
Stir that stuff up, top off with Sriracha sauce to taste (I like a LOT).
Made that as a side dish for Thanksgiving and it went over quite well.
