After drinking the Schlafly Pale Ale for so long and switching to the Schlafly Unfiltered Wheat I thought I had found my favorite beer. I picked up a 6 of Schlafly Oatmeal Stout and I think I've found a new love. That's some good shit.

I am a bit behind schedule but am going to brew a octoberfest today. I can't spend 10.00 a six pack. You should buy a kit and give it a go.

What's it come out to per 6 if you brew your own? I've thought about doing it but I know I would screw it up, and I'm too damn lazy. This Schlafly stuff is around $7/6-pack.

I pay 35 for the kit and it brews a litlle over 2 cases. I got 54 beers out of the last one. So about 4 bucks a 6. All of our micro brews around here are 9dollars + a 6.
