No priors. He was offered three months early on, but turned that down because he didn't want to do any jail time...............

3 months, but also with i think 2 months served already. he turned the deal down.

I guess the prosecutors got pissed and said screw it.

I don't think he has actually done any time yet. I believe that Breck said that he would have only served two months, of the three, in prison.

Thats what I typed above. that was part of the deal he turned down.

I think it was 2 months time served..he said no.
