I have 2012 kx250f only starts when throttle is twisted.

I have 2012(so fuel injected) kx250f that only starts when you have the throttle twisted about half. Then after it starts you cant bring down to idle or else it dies. Any ideas?

Clogged injectors and fuel line. Had this exact issue on same model bike about 6 months after getting it brand new.
