I'm glad they didnt. Replays take away from racing and I can just rewind and on my own if I want to see something again. .

THIS.

I HATE when they go to the replay of the start and I hear the crowd cheering or "ohhhhhh"-ing from the current action... then they cut back to the racing and of course something crazy happened.

HATE stupid replays. If they wanna show a replay, do so AFTER the race.
