Gotta give it up to this guy for his attitude.

To be honest, I felt that Dean was getting a bit of an arrogant, cocky, sense of entitlement attitude, and I was SO happy to see Eli give it right back last weekend ( not happy Dean got hurt, just happy that someone pushed back........) and I thought his crash, he had totally coming to him.

I'm surprised - I guess I expected him to have a crybaby Barcia type attitude toward Tomac, but the dude proved me wrong with this vid.

Well done, Dean! ( although I am still cheering for Eli to win this thing! Smile )

Have to agree - he manned up and didn't go all Barcia boo hoo baby, but you have to ask yourself - WTF was he thinking starting the Moto out like that? Last few turns yeah, but first few laps?

Gotta believe Mitch had a few choice words for him back at the rig...

Personally, I think people that get turned around by this video or that video really weren't that big a fan of a particular rider to begin with.

Only saying that I really think he took the high road on this one, Steve. I was truly expecting a sob, poor me, Eli sucks, kind of story.

I really was a fan of Deano ( even though he threw us Canadians under the bus ) and still am, even though he was starting to irk me a bit.

Hard not to like him!

I watched that clip of Tomac several times and he went inside with no intention of getting into Dean. His front wheel got kicked on the rut and kicked him outside into Deans line.

Doesn't change the way I feel about him....As long as things are good for him he's great but as soon as he as a "bad day" he turns into a whinny little B****!! Been that way since we started 2 yrs ago..... And I do believe he would stuff Eli if he sees a chance to win and it's the only way.... And if he doesn't he'll probably get his ass handed to him again..... Either way, the west title is all we have left for supercross so aggressive or not, I just hope the next 2 are good races.

really? wilson smoked him at all the nationals last year and with a bum shoulder running the same pace this weekend. i like eli, but he hasnt got professional championship to his name

See, I was with you on that, Chris, but you DO have to admit - the above video showed a real mature, what has happened has happened, no bad feelings, type attitude. I applaud Dean on that.

I think he knows that he totally had that hit coming to him, cause he was running Eli pretty hard. He had to fess up and accept the outcome, cause really, Deano started that one.
