Last year there were a number of races on days where the temperatures were quite high. I don't remember specifically how many but there were some instances of riders getting fuel on them. Maybe it was two times. Not sure.
I can't imagine anything more horrific than a rider getting covered in fuel and having that fuel ignite. I trust everything possible has been done to minimise the chance of a rider getting fuel on them. Whether there's a memo sent out or a scrutineering edict - I just hope something is done to prevent the worst imaginable thing occurring.
