I was able to download and view both round 5 races using these links:

Now anything else I try and download doesn't work, it just says it's in downloading mode with no ETA. I'm guessing that "seeds" represent a place that has the torrent available, but even with 196 seeds on round 7, it won't download.
What am I missing?
