I have a 3.7 gallon IMS fuel tank for sale that fits a Suzuki RM250 1996 through the 2000 model. The tank is Suzuki yellow, probably had five tanks run through it before the bike was sold.
I installed an RMX (the enduro model for that year) petcock, which gives the bike a reserve. If you run out of fuel, flip the lever on the petcock and have enough fuel to get back to your truck.
The fuel tank has a few minor scratches, but no major gouges or blemishes. All of the imbedded nuts to attach the shrouds are perfect. I would consider it to be in very good shape. I would be happy to do a Face Time session so you could view the tank up close.
