74 Honda CB200 conv. With 98 CR250 motor

Bought small CB200 street bike for a build. Twin motor believed to be shot and here on west coast min 2gs just to fix, bike not worth. So plan is to swap an old 98 CR250 motor into frame and make a 2stroke street rocket. Any ideas or has anyone performed a somewhat related task?

Donor bike was purchased today 93 not 98 the 93 had older style frame which made motor mounts closer to the original 74 mounts.....now the fun begins...
