Results Sheet: Red Bud 2011

As the Lucas Oil AMA Pro Motocross Championship hit the midway point of the 2011 season, it was a good weekend for the current points leaders, as Chad Reed (TwoTwo Motorsports Bel Ray Racing), and Ashley Fiolek (American Honda Racing) both extended their points leads with overall wins at Red Bud. In the 250 class, Blake Baggett continued his hot streak, taking his second win in a row over his Monster Energy Pro Circuit Kawasaki teammate, Dean Wilson, however Wilson continues to hold the red plate as the series leader.

Monster Energy Pro Circuit Kawasaki swept the podium again, and Dean Wilson continues to hold the red plate in the 250 classs as the series points leader, but with his second win in a row, and fourth of the season, Blake Baggett trimmed six points off of his lead. Wilson now leads by 14 points.

Ashley Fiolek (American Honda Racing) went 1-1 to take the overall over Jessica Patterson (DNA Shred Stix / Star Racing / Yamaha), and her 2-2 score.
