I haven't had the chance to ride a newer one but I rode one about 8 or so years ago that someone let me try. Definitely a nice bike.
yep same here. i'm 6'2 and feel right at home on my 29er with the large frame. i rode my friend's Stumpy 26 with the large frame and it still didn't feel comfortable for me (though i just hopped off my 29 onto his 26)
i should have re-worded my post, i'm keeping my Stumpy 29er for a long long time, i'll never get rid of it. i would like to have a full downhill bike too though.
ps... sorry for derailing the original topic
Austrian Gerhard Gulewicz has been riding KTM road bikes in the Race Across America for the past six or seven years.
