Probably Honda power sports us, they have a really good track record of hiring foreigners when so many Americans need a ride…

I'd say most likely KTM - as mentioned they can throw in extra cash for a 3rd rider, and then Prado can sort his own gear deals and stay with Red Bull. 2nd option is Kawasaki. That could be a good fit - if he works well with Anderson.  

Think Prado will ride for a lower salary than we would imagine just to be on a factory team. He will want a good '25 SX season, but then be fully primed and supported for the outdoors.

I don’t understand what’s goin on with Ducati and why they wouldn’t be first in line to get things going especially if Prado is looking for a ride as early as next year.  What’s their deal in the US?

As we stated in the video and it’s been mentioned in pretty much every feature about Ducati’s racing effort, Ducati won’t be racing in the US until 2026. They have to produce 400 units of the Desmo450 for salon the US market to be allowed to race it and the bike doesn’t go into production until the second half of 2025. The cut off dates to meet that rule are earlier in the year. The bike they’re racing this year in Italian Championship and next year in MXGP is effectively a R&D prototype, which is allowed in those two series.

This sounds crazy and must be some kind of recent rule.  The idea of a R+D prototype makes me think back to Henry’s 4 stroke that he got to run.  If this is true that they have to get established does that mean that Triumph bikes are already on showroom floors in the USA and that there are at least 400 dudes cruising around on Triumph 250 and 450 bikes already?  I heard they had expanded their line too.  If that is the case them not advertising at least the bikes on the west coast for marketing of bike sales seems odd too.

It wouldn't surprise me at all for AC to hang it up after this season. I mean...how long can Kawasaki ride with him after so many years of injuries and sub-par performance. Super good dude though...whip smart & articulate. He would do better away from the sport.

Agreed.  wouldn't surprised if he hung 'em up.  However, I think the sport and the fans would benefit GREATLY with his involvement.  Could be anything from hosting a VIP program, Race Day Live or a field reporter.  

Maybe all he needs is a new color fender to look at?!
