Moose Racing - The Inside Line


As
the 2011 Monster Energy AMA Supercross series hits its stride heading
into the sixth round this weekend, it’s time for the East Coast Lites
riders to get their season underway. Reliant Stadium in Houston, Texas
will be site for the opening round for the East Coast series and
features a stacked lineup of riders.

Moose
Racing will be well represented on the East Coast with four talented
riders including, Matt Lemoine (#48) – MotoExtreme Kawasaki, Phil
Nicoletti (#56) – KTM, Michael Willard (#68) – KTM, and Nick Myers
(#678) – Honda. Look for all of these riders to be on the gas when the
gate drops on Saturday night.

Both classes will enjoy next-day
coverage starting with the Supercross class at 12:00 p.m. EST on CBS.
The Lites class will be shown that afternoon at 4:00 p.m. EST over on
SPEED. Be sure to check your local listings.

Over in
Louisville, Ky. Tyler Bowers will be looking to take over the AMA
Arenacross series points lead on Saturday night as the series rolls
into the Freedom Hall for the sixth round. Bowers sits just three
points out of first place and has momentum behind him. Look for him out
front early.

Joining
Bowers will be his Team Babbitt’s Kawasaki teammates, Chad Johnson and
Gray Davenport. Johnson and Davenport sit in third and fourth place in
the overall standings, respectively. Both riders are familiar with the
podium and will be threats to take the victory in Louisville.

On February 19, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. there will be a Celebration of Life for Nathan Woods held at the Madonna Inn Expo Center
in San Luis Obispo, Calif. Join Nathan’s family and friends as they all
celebrate this truly remarkable husband, father, and friend.
