How to avoid the back pressure engine problem

I am looking for some insight on the best ways to tackle the challenge of back pressure which has affected my engine for the second time now. I am hoping not to invest so much into solving this problem in ways such as buying a dual exhaust system.

I think Ex-Lax, prune juice, and an enema will help relieve some of your back pressure!!!!
