Probably but given it is the last 2 stroke to win a championship here in nz then thats probably why.....nicely setup bike too..but anyway i guess if you had the money you would buy it....like I say I am tempted even if to keep it in mint condition and not ride it much.

NZ Honda have had access to some HRC stuff, but do you think they would have left it on the bike. I think not.

Checked it out the other day when i was picking up some gloves, great nostalgia but just a shitty old cr really. NZ is too small for any collectors, i know phil turnbill has alot of nice bikes but this isnt anything special. I ride one of Daryl Hurleys bikes and its just another bike

Yep. And the last thing I'd want is an ex pro's two stroke the size of King! That thing would have been worked!

If you've got the cash for a wall hanger sure but like I say, you could do a lot with 11g. Almost two Bikes even!

They call it factory suspension and there's no coating on it... I'm gonna go out on a limb and say it's a standard revalve

there is HRC stuff available to the public, mostly road race stuff, and its not easy to get hold of but not impossible if you want to pay blue wings prices, nothing on that bike was factory not available stuff,

Shayne King is the pro circuit distibutor, so you know that catolgue would have been thrown at it, (with the talon wheels etc as well)

its a nice low hour tricked up CR250, but like the guy with the KX500's, you have to find someone to buy it, and at that money, i dont think he will,

oem fork and shock. oem footpegs (really?). need I say more? bikes worth about 3 grand. It would actually be more valuable with the stock Honda wheels. they're a hundred times better than the junk thats on it now.

The bike is fine, its just the price thats crap.

BUT somebody out there might take the 'Are you man enough?" challenge and buy a used bike worth 6k for 11 grand, why not?

Yeah it's a nice bike. But 11g? Maybe 4 assuming it hasn't been hammered.

The market here is ridiculous. Was looking at 125s, ok nick, 01-06 models, dudes want 3 grand!! What the fuck do you think it's worth 3 grand for it!
