Jeff ward was the real freckle tho bro but no harm I remember the first time I heard RC's name mentioned it was 87 and I was waiting for a clothespin for gait pick and some kids were talking about him at Loretta's being just freaky fast the rest was history

The best there ever was, the best there ever will be. I'm so glad I got to witness his career from start to finish. So many of my greatest memories as a spectator of this sport involve RC, the GOAT, the flying freckle, the angry elf, the one and only Ricky Carmichael!
