Outdoor Testing with Anderson, Webb and Pourcel 1

The West 250 riders are now in full testing mode for the outdoors. Yesterday at Competitive Edge I caught some video of Jason Anderson and Cooper Webb getting ready for the motocross season.

Christophe Pourcel was there with the Yamaha and the Kayaba guys, having signed to run motocross only this year in the 250 class. He was running the Yamaha with no numbers, stock graphics, and wearing the UFO gear.

I cant still believe Pourcel turned down 450 Geico, in favor for Motoconcept Yamaha, yeah money was ofc a part of it. but he "said" i did not like the suspension on the factory connection bike, and i liked the Yamaha ( the one with bad reputation) He also asked geico if he could use Pro Circuit suspension on their bike?, Did he really believe a suspension company would say yeah sure ? Why did he not give it a go with geico and tryed to work with factory connection to get it more dialed in. Instead he went to motoconcept and ruined their 450 program but pretty much just leaving them, and leaving his manager and fellow countrymen to pretty much look stupid, when DV made Kayaba come out to test with him to dial in the bike, instead CP went underground and went back to europe. I never liked CP and i will never do, even do he is a good rider, he was not particulary kind to his fans either, barely signing autographs and talking to them when they tryed to aproach him. He gets this shot because of his talent. Maybe he proves us wrong and contend for a championship, but as a sportsman and role model for the younger, he is the worst one of the bunch. Arrogant and somewhat cocky. Hope anderson can give it a go, no one of my friends are out there, hahny not even racing... GL quit, The blair brothers doing other stuff. I got no one to really root for atm, but i really like Jason Anderson raw style and not afraid wish him the best of luck for the outdoors.
