That's Jerry Bernardo announcing. From everything I get about the Crusty Tour down under, it sure seems like they can do a whole lot of things that they can't get away with anywhere else.

Very impressive. Although I don't care for FMX, that was cool. What was equally amazing is how the announcer felt the need to say "hung on like a mother fucker" in a mixed crowd with possible children.
