The title of this contradicts what Mathes, Jake Weimer and RV were discussing on the pulp mx show a few weeks ago? (Weimer saying a current stock 250F is putting out the same HP as the bike he won a championship on 10 years ago) The bikes have definitely gotten “much” better since 2006 smh !

They absolutely are. Reliability and power has improved 10 fold. People that think bikes haven’t gotten better are relating them to their 2000 CR125 they rode when they were 16 years old. Sure I felt more stable and faster when I was 16. I’m 35 now and get tired and sketchy after 4 laps. I don’t blame it on my bike though. My stock 350 is rated at more HP than older 450’s. I actually enjoy my air forks too.
