From the Beginning - The Story of Dean Ferris

McLeod Media: Growing up on a 1600 acre sawmill farm, being a professional motocross rider wasn't in Dean Ferris' pedigree. Not knowing a thing about the racing industry until he was a teenager, he didn't grow up the same as your typical motocross athlete. Despite this atypical path, he has defied the odds, and is now a 3x Australian Champion. He now sets his sights to the USA AMA Outdoor championship for 2019, hoping to put Australia back on the map in one of the toughest outdoor series' in the world. The 'Kyogle Kid' shares his experiences, from family heartbreak early on, to his MXGP adventures, through to now, living with his gorgeous family in the hills of Kyogle, NSW.
