im a t-12/l1 incomplete para advice for both of you try swimming pool work , electrical stim free weights , power yoga if you can I was in wheel chair but I still ride I walk real slow but its better than where I was either of you please feel free to contact me

Hopefully you get back on the bike soon man... I'm having the same injury but without the broken femur. only on L4 and L5... lost feeling from knee below. I'm in my 4th week now. The feeling is slowly coming back on my right leg but left leg still numb.... Healing vibe for you Daniel....
