Villopoto didn't look like he had his lines together. He took some really wide lines through the first corner and dropped back. He found them with 10 minutes to go and started moving forward. I'm excited to see this race, and season.
Plus I really enjoyed this coverage, no annoying announcers carrying on and on blocking the bike noises.

Decent for qualification. He just need to feel the pace and he be just fine! I would love to see some of the GP´riders have a season of and come to US and have such a good qualify for their first race on foreign soil, its not like he is going to get worse. This season will be hell of a fun, hope he can find some tweaks on the bike and get better starts and he show people what he is made of ! Anyway Cairoli is still a beast and on home turf he will be hard to beat, once RV get into the groove of things he lach on and challenge, long season ahead and points is important not just raw speed .
