The vet got carried away with the Rookie of the year! ... and didn't make it against privateers either ... Smith has to look in the mirror!!! Get over it , It was fun to watch though. I'm impressed with Deegan!

0% deegan s fault. What a complete idiotic thing to say by Lewis.  Also I'd love someone to ride against Hunter like that in a heat race .(especially a team mate )  Then hear how great racing it was after  . He thinks most people want to go back to 90s type hard bock pass racing . Fine . But if really think  s that if social media was around when Bradshaw was slamming people that everyone would nt  be going crazy over it to .he is crazy .

perhaps do a bit on the phone in audio, if possible. I like his insight but me being in construction, riding too often without ear protection, and being well old -- its a bit of a struggle to pull the words from his accent and the audio garble. Not to be interpreted as his accent is the issue, but the audio garble had me going back to re listen to his otherwise great insight.

I said it before, Star made a mistake putting Smith on that bike and he does not have the mentality of a veteran rider to groom a rookie….bc quite honestly Smith has never had prior success in order to be comfortable seeing a rookie get the best of him.

 

And that reporter during conference is a twat.

Great discussion guys! I've been looking for a post-race show that isn't PulpMX. Do you guys do a full post-race show? And is it a podcast? I listen to Pulp on my run so a video format wouldn't work unfortunately.

All this nostalgia for 90's racing is just nostalgia for racing without social media. You saw a rough block pass in 1995 and you would only have the memory of it. Now there are 15 different slo-mo angles shared on 10 different social media outlets analysed by thousands of wannabe analysts. I'm sure people would be just as weird about 90s racing in the 90s if social media was a thing.
